We want you to love our service and products every time you shop with us. However, if you have changed your mind, no longer want the product or have recieved a faulty/wrong item you can return the goods within 30 days of the sale receipt to:
Please include the following details of your order in the return package. (Order number and reason for return). Once the order has been returned and recieved by us we will issue a refund of the product costs.
We would advise that you get proof of postage when returning an item just in case your parcel gets lost.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons.
